There are morning and evening tracks (each different) to be played as you’re waking up and falling asleep. These are the times when the subconscious is most receptive to different thoughts.
The affirmations are spoken in the first person and include scripture. It brings God into the Law of Attraction without being preachy. For example: “If you ask, it will be given to you; If you seek, you will find, If you knock, the door will be opened,” is heard as “I know if I ask, it will be given to me; If I seek, I will find; If I knock, the door will be opened.”
Another example: “All things are possible for those who believe” becomes “Everything is possible because I believe.” Some of them are almost unrecognizable as scripture. In short, if Joel Osteen did The Secret, this is what it would sound like.
